Pre-order items are products specifically made or sourced based on your order. These items undergo a customisation period of 2–3 weeks. After the customisation is complete, your selected shipping method will apply.
Pre-order items cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded once processing begins. If a cancellation is approved at our discretion, a fee may apply depending on circumstances.
DSE Luxury Hair works with trusted couriers including Royal Mail, Evri, and UPS to ensure secure delivery. While we aim to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to external factors.
Processing Timeline: Orders are processed the evening they are placed and cannot be amended after processing begins.
Tracking Information: Tracking details will be emailed once your order is dispatched.
Delivery Issues: For damaged or lost parcels, contact the courier directly. If further assistance is required, notify us within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
Returns must be authorised and sent to the designated returns address provided by DSE Luxury Hair.
Defective Items: If confirmed defective, we will offer a replacement or refund.
Refunds & Store Credit: Postage and processing fees are non-refundable. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Store credit, if issued, remains valid for 12 months.
