Refund and Exchange Policy

  • No Returns – It is illegal to resell used hair so we cannot accept hair that has been handled or worn by the owner. Returns can only be accepted if you were sent a faulty or wrong item; this must be photographed and emailed to us within 72hrs of receiving the delivery. If the return is applicable, you will be given an address to return your item to. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few business days.
